BZ Group

BZ Group was a Bolivian software development company that built digital products for organizations across the country. The work with BZ began in 2014 and became one of Andy Ibanez’s earliest professional experiences building iOS applications for real clients, real operations, and real users.

At BZ, Andy worked in Swift during an important period of change for Apple’s development ecosystem, including writing production iOS code and migrating applications from Swift 2.0 to Swift 3.

Triplex

Triplex is a Bolivian company that sells home products such as kitchens, washing machines, and related appliances. For Triplex, Andy developed an iOS catalog application that allowed users to explore the company’s products directly from their devices.

The work included coordinating with the backend team to expose the APIs needed by the iOS application, connecting the mobile experience with the product data and services behind it.

PedidosOnline

PedidosOnline was one of the first food ordering applications in Bolivia. Andy developed the iOS application, helping bring an early mobile ordering experience to a market that was still beginning to adopt app-based food delivery and restaurant ordering.

The project required practical product thinking as much as implementation: turning a new local service model into a usable mobile experience for customers.

Ovando

Ovando S.A. is a Bolivian automotive company focused on vehicle sales and maintenance services. Andy developed the iOS application for Ovando, giving users a way to browse the company’s catalog and make service reservations directly from the app.

The application connected customer-facing mobile features with business workflows around catalog exploration, reservations, and after-sales service.

Contribution

This work represented an early foundation in client-facing mobile development: building native iOS applications, collaborating with backend teams, adapting to changing Swift language versions, and shipping software for companies with practical business needs.
